I Live across the street from an insane person.

Well, who doesn't? But this guy really is nutso. It didn't start out that way, in fact we were all actually friends not too long ago. But I guess the years of lying, drug abuse, and screwing around with his buddy's wives finally pushed him over the edge.

This is his story, but I'm sure it's repeated, neighborhood by neighborhood, all over the world.
